The Pre-med Decision
Everyone has either been to a doctor's office, seen them on television, or known of one otherwise.
It is very clear and obvious to people that doctors live a fairly comfortable life in which they can apply themselves to a good cause every day. When confronted with choosing a profession, most seniors in high school begin to think about what can make you the most money. Upon observing the details of a doctors job, it came clear to me that i had to be one. With four years of college classes and graduates school you can become a doctor. It may be hard work but after the completion it is very rewarding. With the median income for doctors at well over $100,000 and the fact that there will never be a job shortage for doctors, it is the best career choice.
